Eva Dahlgren to attend Fundraising in Los Angeles

Eva Dahlgren will attend the Fundraising Party organised by the Swedish School of Los Angeles (USA) on May 1, where she will receive the school’s Viking Award 2010. She is also expected to perform. Taken from the Swedish School homepage:

Mark your calendars! Our Annual Swedish School Fundraising Party is back and more magical than ever!
Saturday May 1st in Santa Monica, be prepared for an enchanting evening of mystique and Nordic Mythology.
Eva Dahlgren – often called “Sweden’s own Bob Dylan” – singer song-writer, and children’s book author, joins previous award winners, Will & Viveca Ferrell and Mats Wilander as the 2010 recipient of our prestigious Viking Award.
In previous years, guests have enjoyed a party filled with delicious food, great entertainment, drinks and Swedish hospitality, and 2010 promises to be the most spectacular yet.
So, Save the Date, May 1st 2010, an evening to remember.
