Eva Dahlgren celebrated her 50th birthday (June 9th) last November 3rd at Rival Hotel, in Stockholm and partied with guests such as Marie Fredriksson, David Hellenius or Niklas Strömstedt. The guests had the chance to attend a dress rehearsal of her monologue “Ingen är som jag”, which officially starts on November 8th at Rival.

Eva Dahlgren will tour with her monologue performance through Sweden and Finland this coming November. Eva presents this performance as follows:

l början av november har jag premiär på en monologföreställning på Rival i Stockholm. Där ska jag berätta det som aldrig fick plats i eller mellan mina låtar. En och en halv timmes prat om sådant som kan tyckas alltför oväsentligt eller för invecklat för att skriva en sång om men som krävs för att hela bilden ska klarna.

The monologue “Ingen är som jag” will premiere at Rival in Stockholm on November 8th. Here are the tour dates.
Yesterday SR announced the list of personalities who will host Sommar i P1 during this Summer. Eva Dahlgren will be one of them, and will host the second programme of the season on June 27th.
Mija Folkesson’s band Orkester Pop new album “Stava med skägg” will be released in Sweden on May 31st. There will also be a release party at Mosebacke at 17:00. Head to Orkesterpop.se to find out more about the band and other concert dates.
The band also has a group in Facebook and a website on MySpace, where you can also listen to samples of the songs.
Eva Dahlgren will attend the Fundraising Party organised by the Swedish School of Los Angeles (USA) on May 1, where she will receive the school’s Viking Award 2010. She is also expected to perform. Taken from the Swedish School homepage:

According to Efva Attling Stockholm Facebook page, Efva is nominated to the Ecco Walk In Style Award 2010. The event takes place on February 9th in Copenhagen, and Efva is expected to attend.
Other nominees are Malene Birger (DK), Dana Schweiger (DE), Ilona Felicja?ska (PL), Kari Traa (NO). According to ECCO’s website, “the award is given to a woman whose courage and love of life makes her a role model for other women, and who contributes to making a difference in the world. The winner will be able to donate the prize of EUR 33,500 to a charity project that directly or indirectly impacts the daily life of women or children.”
According to Webfinanser.com, Efva Attling will abe interviewed in one of SVT’s program Skavlan. The show runs on February 5th, 2010 at 22:00 CET. You can also watch the program online afterwards.
